Rare Grapes and Selected Classics
A taste of diversity
Currently, the wines that consumers have access to in North America are mostly made from 30 to 40 grape varietals. Yet, over and above Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling, for example, hundreds more varietals are used to make wine around the world. However, the vast majority of those wines are not distributed in Canada. Intrepid Wines finds such wines in order to provide its clients an opportunity to discover them, while offering a selection of wines made with better known grape varietals.
